Volunteers are the backbone of Cross Roads.   Our Valued Volunteers come in three flavors.  Kitchen Angels dish up tasty helpings of God's love along with heaping plates of mouthwatering grub.  Worker Bees are individuals or groups who take on much needed service projects and, of course, Prayer Warriors are a must! Our passion is to keep the cost down, especially for smaller churches and youth groups. These crucial donations of time and talent allow us to serve many Christian organizations who would not otherwise be able to come to the Cross Roads.

 But, it's not just about cost. Equally important is the witness of Christ like love shown by our volunteers. Harmony, joy and, occasional singing, flow through the Kitchen window. When our guests discover that people they don't even know volunteered to serve them, and whose sole reason for being there is to help bring them closer to Jesus Christ, it blows them away. This is the true blessing of Cross Roads. Jesus Christ working through people to bring others closer to Him.
